Every tool on this page uses the same two browser APIs your image editor would: the File API to read the image you pick, and Canvas to redraw it. The work happens on your own machine, so the file you drop in is never sent to us or to anyone else. Close the tab and it is gone.
That has practical upsides beyond privacy. There is no queue and no rate limit, batches of twenty images are as cheap as one, and everything keeps working on a plane once the page has loaded.
What they are good for
- Making. Take a frame out of your own footage and put big, outlined text on it — a finished 1280×720 thumbnail without opening an editor.
- Research. Pull the thumbnail off any video and study what the top results in your niche are doing.
